The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a nice view. The staff were friendly, always ready to assist when needed. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the main attractions and the old town.
The breakfast area was quite small and crowded, making it difficult to get coffee and navigate around the space. The shower in the room had a hand shower instead of being mounted on the wall, a bit inconvenient.

The room had an very nice view of the river and the rooftops of Porto. The staff, especially Ingrid, were friendly and helpful, providing great restaurant recommendations and assisting with parking. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

Cleanliness: The hotel was super clean and well-maintained. Location near centre of Porto: We loved how close the hotel was to the old town centre, making it easy for us to explore the city's attractions. Close to restaurants and shopping: There were plenty of dining options and shops nearby, making it convenient for us to find places to eat and explore. Breakfast: We enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided by the hotel every morning.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were tastefully decorated, bright, and spacious, with lovely views of the river. The attention to detail was evident in the beautiful interior and the various cozy corners provided for quiet relaxation. The breakfast was simple yet delicious, and the afternoon tea was a delightful bonus. The hotel's location was excellent, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and sightseeing spots. It was truly great value for money.

The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, with comfortable beds and lovely amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for local restaurants. The breakfast buffet is delicious and offers a wide variety of options to choose from throughout the day.
The elevator in the hotel is quite slow, which can be a bit frustrating at times.
